Deine Aufgaben
As a (Freelance) Trainer & Coach für virtuelle BPA Training Sessions bei Bots & People bist du zuständig für: 
  • Den Entwurf und die Überprüfung von E-Trainingskonzepten
  • Die Gestaltung und die Moderation des virtuellen Live-Trainings, sowie die Beantwortung von Teilnehmerfragen zum Lerninhalt (Mittelstufe & Fortgeschrittene)
  • Die Erhebung qualitatives Teilnehmerfeedbacks
  • Die Aufzeichnung und Berichterstattung der Sitzungen an unser CSM/Produktteam
  • Die Vor- und Nachbearbeitung der bereitgestellten B&P-Schulungsressourcen (eigenständige Anpassung an die Bedürfnisse und Erfahrungen der TrainerInnen ist möglich)
Dein Profil
Notwendig:
  • C1 Englisch und/oder Deutsch (Business Proficiency)
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Ingenieur/Manager oder Coach/Berater in den Bereichen BPA und BPM, Softwareentwicklung, IT-Transformation
  • Mindestens 50 Stunden Erfahrung in der Durchführung von virtuellen und Live-Trainings und Workshops in den letzten fünf Jahren
  • Verständnis und Präsentation der wesentlichen Inhalte der B&P Academy (Zugang wird zur Verfügung gestellt)
  • Erfahrung mit virtuellen Workshop- und Meeting-Methoden und -Techniken sowie Collaboration- und Whiteboard-Tools (MS Teams, Zoom, G-Meet, Miro, Mural, usw.)
  • Praktische Erfahrung als Analyst oder Ingenieur in einem der Anbieter von Automatisierungssoftware (MS Power Automate & MS Power Apps, UiPath, Celonis, Signavio, Blueprism, Make/Zapier ...)

Hinreichend:
  • Miro Erfahrung / Zertifizierung
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Branche der jeweiligen Teilnehmergruppe (Automotive / Energie / Gesundheitswesen / Fertigung) oder Unternehmensfunktion (Finanzen, Marketing, HR, IT, Beschaffung, usw.)
  • Affinität und Erfahrung mit interaktiver, innovativer, unkonventioneller Moderation und Workshop-Didaktik im Sinne unserer Marke: "no more boring"

Your tasks
As a (Freelance) Coach for BPA Training Sessions at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Designing and reviewing e-training concepts
  • Designing and conducting the live virtual trainings and responding to participant questions about learning content - (Intermediate & Advanced Level)
  • Gathering qualitative feedback from the participants
  • Recording and reporting of sessions to our CSM / Product Team
  • Preparation and follow-up revisions to provided B&P training resources (independent adjustment according to the needs and experience of the trainers is possible)
Your profile

Necessary:

  • C1 English and/or German (Business Proficiency)
  • At least two years of practical expertise as an engineer/manager or coach/consultant in the fields of BPA and BPM, software development, IT transformation
  • Min. of 50 hours of virtual and live training and workshop facilitating experience in the last five years
  • Understands and can present the essential B&P Academy content ( access will be provided)
  • Familiar with virtual workshop and meeting methods and techniques as well as collaboration & whiteboard tools (MS Teams, zoom, G-Meet, Miro, Mural, etc.)
  • Practical expertise as an Analyst or Engineer in one of the automation software providers (MS Power Automate & MS Power Apps, UiPath, Celonis, Signavio, Blueprism, Make/Zapier ...)

Sufficient:
  • Miro knowledge/certification
  • Expertise in the particular participant group's industry (Automotive / Energy / Health Care/ Manufacturing) or company function (Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.)
  • Affinity and experience with interactive, innovative, out-of-the-box facilitation and workshop didactics - "no more boring," according to our brand.
